Can I return an item?
Ready stocks item may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, odor/fur‑free, and in their original packaging. Final sale items, personalized products, discounted/sale items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy for Handmade Items Handmade items are created with special care and attention. Due to their unique and customized nature, handmade products are non‑refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
