Shipping & Processing
Processing Time: Each item is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be crafted before shipping.
Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over €50. All orders are shipped via [ PostNL, Mondial Relay ], with tracking information provided once dispatched.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Sizing
To ensure the perfect fit for your pet, please refer to our Size Chart and the "How to Measure Your Dog" guide available on each product page. If you have any questions or need assistance with sizing, feel free to contact us.

Bandanas, Bow Ties, Ruffle Collars, and Snoods: Machine wash or hand wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Warm iron if needed.
Coats: Machine wash or hand wash in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Do not iron.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please read our policies carefully before placing an order.

Before placing an order, always measure your pups.
Measure around your pups neck, and the size below will help you to find the fit size.
To measure your pups neck :
Use the fabrics measure and make sure you have enough space to place two fingers between the bandana and their neck.

This cart is just an estimate. Measure your dog's neck and feel free to adjust . For fluffy dogs, you may need to add one sized up.

The complaint must be clearly described. Complaints are handled within the period of 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.
The Loempie is not responsible for damage to item that was obtained through the incorrect use of the articles.
If you have any issues with your order, we will find a solutions and replace your order with the new one.
The Loempie will not covered the postage unlesss the mistakes are made by us.
